totalsandy Straight away you can visit the service centre without raising the complaint. If you need more information contact the customer support they will guide you.

I have submitted these buds to service centre. They will give an update by Tuesday. Lets see what happens.

EDIT:- Received my replacement earbuds and they are working fine on 0.0.8.1 version. This is a hardware problem and those who are facing this issue straight away head to service centre while there is warranty. You will get new headphones. I asked if this issue happens outside warranty, and they replied you have to purchase a new hardware. So there is another headache. 😥

Bro this has been a common issue in all tws earbuds, Same condition happened to my jbl tws.

There is only one solution to this - battery replacement of the buds

They couldn’t solve my problem, because it is supposedly understood by a reseller, and I bought it on Amazon in its official store

Andr_sFelipeMontielG Absolutely agree with you.

I initially found the earbuds to be riddled with issues, almost like a prototype product. After a replacement, they now work decently. However, the customer service experience was highly disappointing.

It seems the brand prioritizes marketing over improving their service. I no longer recommend this brand to anyone.

My first set worked good for 11 months and then started showing issue of left ear bud not charging more than 95% and also discharging fast, so got replaced and the new one i am seeing same issue after 1 month and now it is out of warrenty. Not sure what to do….

KAJITHARAN_KJ_ same happening with my buds too. I use them at gym. Both earbuds charges only 75% max. And after 1 hour get drained completely. Without ANC and Bass boost. If I turn on everything Bass boost , anc and spacial then they cannot last for half hour.

What should I do?

VishalRandhire Same here. if case above 30% both earbuds can charges max 60 - 80%. And it’s last for 30 min

its all because of the bugs in the firmware, the only solution is to wait till the next firmware rollout, so do contract Nothing to provide with a bug free firmware

The charging case can only charge the earbuds twice from 20% to 100%, after which the case itself is left with just 20-25% battery. Is this normal, or could I have received a defective product?

I bought the CMF Bud 2 Pro on May 17, 2025. Not even a month has passed, and the left bud is already starting to have the 95% power bug, and I can’t even find any proper fix to it. I genuinely bought this earphone with so much excitement and expecting so much from NOTHING cus i do trust them, but seeing all the posts in here and in Reddit having the same exact problem is just scaring me atp. I don’t know if it’s a firmware issue or a hardware issue but i hope they will somehow fix it or ill be genuinely really disappointed. I was planning to buy the Nothing Phone 3a pro, but honestly I would be sceptical to buy it if this earphone issue doesn’t get fixed.

Hope this gets fixed soon.
