CMF Buds Pro - Sound Balance Help

Hello! So I’ve been using the CMF Buds Pro ever since their launch and it’s been okayish so far. Recently I’m facing an issue where my left earbuds plays media at a higher volume than the right earbud and I have no idea how to fix it. I tried by charging both of them to 100% and even re-paired the buds but the issue is still there. Can anyone suggest me what other steps I should do or is it a possible software or hardware bug? PS:- Both my buds are clean.

GUYS I HAVE FOUND AN 100% RATE SOLUTION.

Open your bud case (doesnt matter what battery%), and hold the button in-between the bud slots until the tiny LED starts blinking. Now if you try connecting the buds to your phone, they will set themselves up again with the app. This so-called “restart” will make the buds work properly and balanced.

You can try restarting the earbuds+case completely by holding the button inside the case for much longer

Same for me but the opposite, left bud suddenly is insanely low when i was just using them without a problem a couple hours before, tried cleaning them but something inside the mesh appears to have happened.

A have other issue. When I listen to podcasts in the first 3-5 seconds I have double sound with like half a second between l and r buds. After 3-5 all is ok… Did anyone have similar problem?

TinkerStinker yes I’ve faced this problem a few times while playing games. Particularly happens if the game is running in the background and then I switch back to it.

TinkerStinker I do have exact same problem, every 5-7 sec it is looping, I have done everything possible, what should we do now to get rid of this

Bro I have found the solution you first have to drain the battery of both buds and case to the point where the buds does not turn on after opening the case of the buds and then charge the buds and case to 100% percentage and after that only start using them . It fixed the issue for me maybe it could work for you too

Rohan✨ How can I fully discharge the case? because I’ve been trying for two days and it still shows me that it has 10 percent and it charges my buds. After taking them out of the case they work for about a minute, and then turn off

Rurek now that’s it . They are completely discharged (it’s a bug that it shows case has 10% left) now you just have to charge them completely too hundred percent. I recommend to charge them over night .it might fix the issue because it fixed for me

I have the same issue , my left earpiece us playing audio at a higher volume than my right one.

When listening, I only ever hear things coming from the left earbud, taking it out lead to me realising that the right earbud is barely making any noise, tried resetting the buds like other threads said to but to no avail, Please help!

Ganesh_sarkar after the last firmware update issue only lasts for about half a second for me so its not such a problem anymore 😅
