I know the Watch Pro 2 displays or calculates VO2 Max, but how many people actually use that feature? For me, it’s the main reason I can’t consider buying it. I’ve been running track and field every day since I was 23—I’m 50 now—so this data is absolutely essential. I’m not sure if it could be added through a software update or if it would require a new model, but is there any chance it could be included?**
I’d also love to see support for lap tracking and a dedicated running mode. One feature I find incredibly useful—and currently have—is auto-pause and resume: when I stop running, the timer should pause automatically, and when I start again, it should resume without me needing to press anything. I’m currently using a Huawei GT Runner, which is excellent and built for runners, but the GPS accuracy has declined over time. That’s why I’ve been considering switching to a CMF.
