I have recently shifted from samsung to Nothing’s 3a after seeing the good reviews of it’s OS. But it was just an fake shine. They don’t have their own apps like file manager, dialer, contacts. And the main problem is iam getting Balck screen from the second day, when I unlock my phone it gets screen Black with visible upper status bar. Then I have to wait for 30 seconds to a minute to open the phone screen correctly. When I complain about this problem through mail they just say to reach their service centre which is the only one in the city and third party serviced. I don’t have much time to visit their service centre and waste hours after buying the product online btw service centre is only one in the capital city of U.P. and far away from my home.
Another problem is 3a’s low quality side plastic it got rigged rubbed from the small fallings like from the pants pockets. My 3a side layer corners are worn out. And I contacted their service centre to repair and change the side layer the they are saying they will change the whole back and side layer together and charge around Rs 2k to 3k. Totally worthless to pay for this after not using completely one month.
Its battery draining and heating while charging , after separately buying the official CMF 33W charger. And night and low light camera quality is not satisfactory.
3a does not satisfy it’s pricing and market fame
