Nothing Ear 2 - Screeming sound

Im always using my Earbuds when im working. I use alot of different maskines, but one machine my Earbuds cant handle and gets a “Screeming” loud sound, And that machine is a grasstrimmer. As soon as i starts trimming, is screeming and music disapears. If i turn of ANC and then the screeming disapears. Why is that? Already tried to send to my reseller and used my warranty. they sent a new one and still same problem.

My assumption would be the frequency and volume of the trimmer having an effect on the devices ability to cancel it out.

ANC will not be able to cancel out all noises, especially those at higher frequencies.

Perhaps someone here in the community can give a better answer. Or you could reach out to the support team.

Can anyone help with my question:

Ear 2 does only give 2 hours of call time without ANC on, why? Why is this happening!
