Ahead of the Google I/O Event on May 20th, Google dropped a special edition of The Android Show to unveil some of the new features and experiences coming to Android.

As part of this, @Carl made an appearance to talk about Nothing and how Tech should feel exciting again not only through the product’s design but also user experience with an user-first OS.

But that wasn’t all, we also got to hear about Nothing Phone (3) - The first true flagship smartphone of the company, coming this summer with premium materials, major performance upgrades and software that really levels things up and finally an estimate of the price at around £800 (≈ ₹ 90 500).

I am a proud and happy user of the Nothing Phone 1.

Regarding Nothing Phone 3,

Well the Pricing is a little on the upper side, I feel. In India, it would sell like hot cakes if it would be priced somewhere around 60k.

Carl , I personally wish to review the Nothing Phone 3 first and get a feel of it’s flagship features. Keeping fingers 🤞🏻.

I am sure, my review would definitely inspire other users too.

With the clue about the price, i.e. £800 (≈ ₹90,000), set the bar high already, if the price it actually that in India then Nothing Phone (3) will be the direct competitor of Apple and Samsung Flagships.

So excited to see what NOTHING has been cooking all along and the true flagship experience from them, summer has just started so the launch is not so far 🤗.

Groot54 You cant convert the european prices directly. The 3a pro would be 43681 inr if converted from the Euro price, but I found it on flipkart for just 31000 inr.

price will.not be 90k inr instead it may be 65k max cause there is samsung and oneplus already established and they are standing so carl needs to put a pricetag below them to actually increase the price after if the phone proves and that India is a major Market for tech products anyways . I mean i will get a phone 3 if its 50 to 65k max since there will be only one variant according to an article i came across earlier today saying phone 3 appears on BIS certification or something i cant remember i will post the article . I mean 65k is reasonable enough for a flagship , the first one for a new brand.

Paul_gsk Yeah, usually companies place their product prices lower in India compared to European market,
But even if we consider the difference, it will still be costly and will be in consider highly premium. Let’s see how it goes.

WTF!!!! Really!! 90,000inr is too much for a new company like this and this is the reason why phone 2 was not sold well in India it’s launched at 49,999inr, in this price people will surely pre-for Samsung or Apple b\c there phone are also in same price bracket, if they launched it in this price they would be cooked!!

I think it’s all gonna be about price to performance and what you get for your buck. Majority of Nothing community have been used to fairly low value devices.

Now there’s a more expensive model coming (still cheaper than the rest of the market of flagships), there’s going to be a lot of expectation. However, this is also a very exciting step for the company to really compete in the flagship market, rather than just being a midrange device company.

I’m excited to see what a flagship device from Nothing can look like, both physically and spec wise. Have loved all the devices so far, including how seamless NothingOS makes the whole experience.

Around 800 pounds its expensive people would prefer iphone or samsung for sure.
550-625 pounds would be a great price.
