Sent my query across Nothing Support regarding delivery of nicked mobile handset.
It appears Nothing Support team clearly doesn’t know the policies Flipkart have.
They clearly denied that there is such a thing as Open Box Delivery.
I had already shared the images of the nicked product I received on twitter, but didn’t hear back from Nothing Support there.
Today I posted here, and someone told me to contact Nothing Support via website, so I did that.
Now they are asking unboxing video.
Nothing is failing to understand it is an Open Box Delivery by Flipkart, and hence the video is irrelevant. And even if I had shot the video, then also, these are not visible unless shot by a DSLR.
Nothing is failing to admit this manufacturing defect.
Also, my adaptive brightness is not working, I have raised this as well, and they are stuck on the same music of unboxing video and telling me to talk to Flipkart.
