4G/5G vs 4G Only Setting - Power Consumption

For those of you that have disabled 5G for whatever reason, have you seen a noticeable improvement in battery life? Phone modem use less power using only 4G?

Enlab yes only 4g provides more battery backup than 5g

You have to see if it is worth having 5G turned on in your case. It heats more and drains the battery

Have you done a 4G vs 5G speed test?

4G gives me 200Mbps Download and 40Mbps Upload and 5G gives me 500Mbps Download and around the same Upload

But why do I want 500Mbps? I only use social media. And even if one day I played something 200Mbps download and 40Mbps upload is more than enough.
