I’m facing a repeated dust issue inside the rear glass of my Nothing Phone (1). I’ve already got it cleaned multiple times during the warranty, but the dust keeps coming back.
Now that my warranty is over, I’ve been asked to pay ₹587 for the same cleaning, even though there’s no permanent fix. This clearly looks like a design flaw, not user damage.
What’s worse—cleaning is often limited to exclusive stores, while authorized centers charge full price. Most users don’t have easy access to exclusive stores.
My requests to Nothing:
1. Recognize this as a design issue, not just normal maintenance.
2. Offer free or low-cost cleaning (₹150–₹250) at all authorized service centers.
3. Provide a lasting solution or at least communicate what steps are being taken.
