RishabhJain this last update turned the camera much better than it’s even been. I’ve had minor quibbles with some of the updates but nothing worth even making a post about.

Hello!

I have CMF phone 1 with latest OS Tetris-V3.0-250421-2015-EEA.

I installed skyshowtime app, and when I try to play a movie, I get an error. Error occured, try again later. And no error codes.

Installed from Google play store, version 6.5.20 (latest).

I contacted skyshowtime support, and they gave me some instructions (like reinstall app, clear cache, reboot router, use mobile data) but nothing helped. Lastly they said to me to conctact my device support.

I also tried full device reset, still the same error.

What is strange, I tried to install a custom rom, and then playback works great on them. Maybe it is some ROM setting or device name/type detection?

If so, how can I get the app working on the official OS?

NorbertKov_cs Hey mate, have you tried streaming on different wifi networks or, even cellular?

I’d also suggest logging a bug report via settings > system > feedback.

the recent update on my nothing CMF phone 1 mobile, the phone’s network goes down every 10- 20 days. Is this a problem with my phone or the update?

AmalDas_xQ8AdmNfyb hey mate. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? For example;

Reset network settings (settings > system > reset options)
Logged a bug report via settings > system > feedback
Contacted your network
As a last port of call, backing up and factory resetting your device.

If problems continue consider a backup/reset and then contact Nothing Support via https://www.nothing.tech/pages/contact-support.

Frustrating to see that the touch issue persists even after being mentioned several times in the community forum.

The screen just fixed freezes randomly and behaves like a resistive touchscreen.

It gets fixed only after restarting the phone. Faced it 3 times today.

Look into this ASAP.

I think it happens because of static… happened with me multiple times .. what i do is ..i clean the display and remove fingerprints and other dirt on screen… and it get fix… sometimes it needs to be done very thoroughly…

JaiminPanchal Tried it mate, doesn’t work, I guess it’s a software issue. A restart gets the work done but my question is for how long will the issue being ignored by Nothing.

CMF1_hacker If restarting the phone fixes it, then plz explain mr.hacker then how it would be the touchscreen causing the issues? Same here and I have a decent TGSP as well and this same exact thing happens to me. I do not think it’s the screen protector because I’ve tried cleaning my display each time it does this and it doesn’t even fix it, only a restart fixes it. I notice whenever the touchscreen issue happens it’s usually only noticeable because an area of my screen I have to press harder than normal for it to register, so I usually will notice it once I am typing on my keyboard. It seems to happen once or twice a week for me so far, although I don’t use my phone nearly as much as some.

For me it’s static… when i dont have glass screen protector and i use it on bed… like when i put phone on bedsheet mistouch happens and sometimes when I’m walking it also happens because phone rubs in pocket and static energy generates… and I’ve read somewhere that sometimes this happens because of charger… i don’t think this issue is with cmf phone 1… but if you face this problem like every week then call support and tell them to replace it… don’t wait otherwise warranty will expire and you have to pay out of your pocket for some manufacturing defects…

But in the game play I’m etting 90 fps locking…this is I’m face the problem but in update 2.6 so will optimization smooth game in 120 fps..
