I several time reaching out to the nothing customer support for getting an assistance about the product I shared the video clips that shows Buds Case has 60% battery, though left Buds Show 6% and Right Buds didn’t appear either.
There wer no proper response from their side.
Service centre asked me to show the problem but this problem I show them the issue I am facing with video proof and screenshot but they denied to accept that.
Please help
