I’m excited to introduce my accessory design, the “MOD Case,” and would love to get your thoughts on it. As I share this project, I also realized I haven’t properly introduced myself yet—so here’s a bit about me.
I’m a computer science student from Germany, drawn to tech since childhood and always eager to learn something new. My dream is to become an entrepreneur and bring my long-held ideas to life. The inspiration for this project comes from my deep passion for technology and smartphones, which started when I was young. Over the years, I’ve collected unique phones that left a lasting impression on me, keeping only those that truly mean something—each one tells a story and is a part of who I am. I’ve always prioritized technical features and personal style over brand names, and as you might notice, my favorite color is red. Unfortunately, it’s become harder to find phones in the colors and styles I love.
This is one of the main problems I’m aiming to solve with my MOD Case concept. I’ve noticed that as new phones get more expensive, the personal touch and unique designs are fading away. That’s why I became a fan of Nothing Phone—they seem to share my values and are trying to revive the creative smartphone styles I miss. My hope is that the MOD Case could help bring back that sense of individuality, not just for me but for others who feel the same way.
Even if my idea doesn’t win this time, I truly believe in its potential and am confident that this kind of technology will only become more relevant in the future.
