AbhisekPatnaik I recently purchased the Nothing Phone (3a) and have been facing a recurring issue that’s affecting usability. While switching between apps or sometimes even during regular usage, the phone suddenly crashes and restarts on its own. This unexpected reboot happens randomly and has become quite frustrating. I’m not sure if it’s a software glitch or a hardware problem, but I hope the Nothing team can look into this and provide a solution or update soon. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
anmol_chibber I’m having the same issue. The phone will either slow down dramatically, or freeze and then reboot. Eventually a black screen with white and red text flashes on (too quick to read it properly) and the phone restarts. It’s really annoying!!
AbhisekPatnaik I visited the official service center for my Nothing Phone to address this issue .The technicians there updated the software on my phone and assured me that the problem should now be resolved. I’m currently monitoring the phone to see if the issue persists, but so far, everything seems to be working fine..
OmkarSubedi AbhisekPatnaik did you manage to find the way they used to fix it? There is no official service centre in my county

AbhisekPatnaik OmkarSubedi No , I have no idea what they did with my phone, I guess they just updated the software before that they told me to factory reset the phone, by the way which country do you live in ??
