Hi! I recently made the switch from being a life-long airpod user to the Ear (a)'s and have loved the headphones since.
Recently, I’ve experienced random sound drops when both active and sedentary; the drops only last a couple of seconds but is very frustrating. I’ve seen several posts about this issue on both this site and Reddit, but no clear solutions.
I am running current firmware (1.01.46). I tried deactivating the In-ear detection, resetting my network settings on all devices connected, and forgetting, resetting, and reconnecting the Ear (a)'s to my devices but nothing has solved this issue.
These headphones are only 2 months old, bought new. I really don’t want to go back to airpods, but I have yet to find a pair of in-ear headphones that can match their sound quality and functionality, without experiencing these type of experience-killing bugs and issues.
Does anyone have any solves or advice for this random sound-dropping issue?
