The service has been really slow in tier 3 cities where there is no service centers the pick up service stated needs 72 “business hours” and to top it all off it is a major issue with the device not turning on less than 1 month from when I purchased it which was 21st of March 2025 I have shared the related details to the team on 17th of April and the kicker is that it would take 10-15 days to get the device at this snails pace you could order a new device from US and It would have arrived for those reading this do not buy nothing phone if you are in a tier 3 city.
