anujj Hey mate, if you’re experiencing a hardware defect you’re best contacting Nothing Support https://nothing.tech/pages/contact-support as they’re best placed to troubleshoot with you and assist you further.

However, in the short term, I’d advise that you switch off your always-on-display, that might help.

“Our device defaultly uses an adaptive refresh rate mode. As the screen switches between different refresh rates, it employs varying Gamma parameters, which can result in minor flickering.”

I don’t know, but then, why am I the only one experiencing this on the Phone 3a? I haven’t seen any queries about it anywhere from anyone else. Or has no one reported it?

Hi, my 3a is having a flickering problem. I think it started after latest update. When i close the screen using the button, screen turn bright and kind of yellow for a moment, maybe 4-5 seconds. Otherwise working ok.

Recently updated 3a to the latest version and random flickers coming in display like it turns off status bar comes first then rest of the part becomes visible.

ShriRaamS hi .i have the same issue sometimes the screen flickers.and I have changed the settings to high refresh rate so there is no point of flickering.they should give a update or something on this issue

ShriRaamS I’ve just had the same issue after an update, but restarting my phone (3a pro) solved the issue for me.

They should come up with something like an ‘anti-flicker’ option, like the one MI has, I guess.

I am facing similar issue. When i close certain app or look phone after a call, screen randomly turns yellow and stays for few seconds.

Anyone else facing this on the Nothing Phone (3a Pro)?

When I answer a call and put it to my ear, the display turns greenish after the screen turns off/on via the proximity sensor.

Feels like a weird bug. Hope it’s on the radar

SidanDileep Hey mate, I’d log a support ticket for this one via https://nothing.tech/pages/contact-support as well as logging support via settings > system > feedback. This routes your experience to Nothing who knows to address it / troubleshoot with you.

recently bought nothing Phone 3a, it’s showing some signs of green tint after the proximity sensor ( When i make calls) is triggered. It’s on the calling (normal call\whatsapp call) screen but if the call ends it is also visible everywhere until we disturb the screen y rebooting the device

anujj _enz Hi folks, this is in an effort to consolidate issues that you’re experiencing with your displays and for us to have a place where the Nothing team can come and see everyone’s issues/experiences in a centralised place. We’re not trying to silence or, ban or, re-direct conversation and no issues shared have been removed rather we want to make it easy for people to find information regarding the issues that (3a) series are using.

This discussion so far is where many users have come to do that so, it makes sense to make this a place where people can come and discuss issues/problems.

hrry fair enough, but it just didn’t seem right. thanks for the new title. it really conveys what’s in this thread, which is mostly display issues.
