Screen Issue or Touch screen not working

I’m facing an issue with my CMF smartphone. When I lock the screen and keep it in my pocket, the touchscreen doesn’t respond when I take it out. However, it works fine when the screen is locked and then unlocked. Has anyone else encountered this problem? It seems like a software issue that might require an update to resolve. If you’ve experienced similar issues, please share your solutions or if there’s a known fix available

Same issue with me also while playing game very bad touch response and also sometimes touch screen not working after clicking many times

Yes same here, touch screen don’t respond if it’s kept it pocket for a while

I Allso face the same isuee when we add a screen god touch not respond properly and missing also if we apply privacy glass the finger print also not working

Try to loosen back cover screw.

Mine got better after i do this.

blank_de_java since when did you try this and for how long it’s working fine?? I’m also facing same issue and i know that this issue is due to static… but will try this screw thingie…

JaiminPanchal only few days back.

I change card holder, back cover color etc. last time, i found i screw it too tight, the screen color become rainbow behind the screw. I loosen it a bit, and the touch issue become less. Now i completely loosen all screw, the button included. Having 3 days without issue and feel touch response more flawless.

I will report back if this issue comeback
