I’ve been working as a manager at an Apple Authorized Service Center for the past 11 years, and I recently decided to order the Nothing Phone (3a) because it looked like a solid secondary phone—attractive design, good value for money, and an overall interesting device to try. I was genuinely excited to experience Nothing’s ecosystem for the first time.
However, Flipkart abruptly canceled my order (OD433853054913253100) without providing any valid reason. No explanation, no attempt to resolve the issue—just an outright cancellation. This was supposed to be my first-ever Nothing product, and this entire experience has left me feeling completely dissatisfied and disappointed.
Honestly, if this is how Nothing and its partners handle customers, it feels like Nothing cares NOTHING about its users. You’ve not only ruined my excitement but also left a terrible first impression of your brand. Instead of looking forward to trying your device, I now regret even considering it. What a pathetic way to treat customers.
