Can you disable call background noice cancellation?

Guys I am facing problem in my nothing 2. When talking on the phone, only the person speaking can be heard, but not what is happening around them. even kids voice is not heard. Only adults can be heard clearly. how can I solve this issue? how can I disable call background noice reduction option in my nothing phone 2. I don’t found option in accessibility settings. Please help me to off this. Thanks

NURULHYDAR Try looking in the accessibility settings in the phone app instead of the ones in settings, I have an option to turn off noise cancellation there on my np 2a.
