I guess the R&D for the next phone series would have already begun so what can we expect or what do we expect to see in the 3rd generation of the smartph...

Personnellement, l’aspect flagship killer est moins important que le produit en lui même… less IS more… j’adore l’ADN nothing… le design… mais pour passer a nothing il me faudrait un pixel 6a avec un design de nothing… du 6.1 form Factory rectangulaire avec une qualité photo qui ne dépend pas des spec mais de l algorithme ou du fait de pouvoir Glitch la cam Google… la recharge rapide est vraiment cool aussi donc du 65w c’est vraiment un game changer… c’est le seul truc qui me plaît sur mon Oppo find X2 pro… et le prix également 350e a 450e max… je pense qu’il est plus judicieux d’être cohérent sur le moyen gamme que vouloir taper dans le haut de gamme… ou Google va se régaler, notamment avec l innovation…

Im guesssing the Nothing 3 is well into their production phase now and in the absense of any leaks i was wondering what people think they have gone for chip-wise? Ive not done a ton of research into this, but it seems there are 3 options, one of which is more likely than the rest. I’m guessing they’ll be using the Snap 8 Gen 3 (like they did for the Phone 2 - i.e using a last gen CPU), however i guess there’s a slim chance they might use the Snap 8 Gen 4 (🤞), unlikely though, however, the wildcard would be if they went with that new Mediatek Dimensity 9400 (also 🤞). Nothing have used the dimensity in their other phones and we all know they like to cut costs where they think it wont be noticed at the user end, so yeah, though are my guesses, maybe there are other possibiilites that im not aware of?

I’m hoping for a snapdragon chip, mediatek still has its cons most like it’s gonna be 8gen 3 or the 8sgen 3.

Honestly it’s entirely dependent on which price segment they want to tackle, barring AI performance down the line they’ve done a good job with 8+gen1.

Going with the 2024/2025 flagship price/market for their 3rd generation of phone seems maybe a touch imprudent, which wouldnt be a very Nothing move. They’ll play it safe by targetting the mid-range price point most prob, which means gen 3 snap

Try to give somthing better than 8s 3 . 3 or 4 will be better.. with some enhancement in the gpu frequencies. Can collab with nvidia etc etc or develop something on your own..

As a user , we want some thing , with which we can play high end games on weekends for hours without frame drops . Camera with ai features like the pixel every friend including the capturer feature. To be honest a very very long range zoom is not very usefull for good quality photography or videography.. we need one very good sensor amd a good ois and low light sensor for darker spaces like the oneplus 9 pro and the 3x zoom of that phone acts nearly like 85 mm. make the UI customizable as far as possible.. put some more laptop connectivity with copied material can be pasted on both devices . A good blootooth , headohone jack/ water proof for under water shots. Please… price?? Try in under 60k in india.

1. Rounded corners like ( Nothing Phone 2a)

2. Preferred Camera placement (Nothing Phone 1 & 2)

3. Reduce Bezels borders

4. Reduce Punch hole front facing camera or under display camera (One plus 7 pro all screen the OG phone)

I understand that the design for Phone 3 is already finalized, but I have a couple of suggestions for future models.

Firstly, I think using Samsung screens would be a great move since they have really perfected their display technology. If it’s not feasible for Phone 3, please consider it for Nothing Phone 4.

Secondly, introducing an N-pen (similar to Samsung’s S-pen) would be a game-changer. Adding this feature, along with making the phone IP68 rated, would make it truly stand out.

jay7 I’d love to see how nothing will design a Transparent Pen, I am imagining something in the lines of Nothing’s sim ejector style.

Sharath_0-8 That would be awesome! If they can make the pen transparent and maybe even add the Glyph interface to it, that would be next-level cool, imagine the possibilities!

I think it’s time we got a true flagship that could be discussed in the same bracket as iphones, pixels and the galaxies.

Up until now, we’ve got everything we need and beyond in terms of software, but it’s time we nailed the hardware as well. Especially camera and display.

Agree, need to see what we can get from the new flagship phone of the company and if later we will see mid-rangers with ai feautures too.

Nothing would, but I am not sure if the Nothing’s customer base is yet ready for the price bump that will result in.
