CMF Phone 1 | Broken Accessory Point Screw

Just got CMF phone 1 3-4 days ago and the rotating dial broke while I was talking on call. No clue how it happened - the phone hasn’t fallen or struck anything before. Was almost in mint condition - didn’t even remove the screws before. Apparently they won’t change it for you as broken things are not warranted, want to see if other people are facing similar issue as well.

I have the same broken screw. I’ve tried to unscrew it to place the the phone stand, and it broke. They should send super glue to all CMF owner, as they refuse to admit that it’s a default, and the support to refuse to answer to the problem. It’s not their problem.
