Jerin Jose The CMF “support” for this product is abysmal. I’ve had the first Watch Pro for about 11 months now and have had issues for at least 5 months. Currently I have 3 separate issues I’m trying to get fixed since August. The app is the problem, not the watch. Yes the app hasn’t been updated since September, but when I first started to make my current complaints there were 6 updates till the current version and not a single issue was fixed. I keep getting told my issues are “with the relevant people” but nothing ever seems to happen. I want to get in touch with someone senior within CMF to discuss things but you can’t get hold of anyone. Very poor service. This is only about CMF and not Nothing Support who are amazing.
