Alan_8psublDnFz I have Phone 2a which I have bought before 2 weeks but my phone keeps on disconnecting from 5G but shows it is having 5G. I checked on netmonster and it showed 5G disconnected. I am using an Airtel Sim and am also in a 5G area. I have also resetted the network settings and still the same. Pls help me with this issue.

GamingChannel Hello I get this to on EE (separate county) unfortunately it’s not nothing’s fault but it’s the networks fault

Egg_head43 S_N_HasanurRahaman yeah I also face same issue where my 4g data consumes instead of 5g and I don’t think nothing will do anything their goal was to sell and they did it as 2a is their most sold device literally my 2a has display problems from the first week of purchase like green tint, lines and network problem till date no solution provided whenever I complain they just send me this reply on mail
AdityaMandloi Egg_head43 bro agar aapki airtel ki sim h or 5g network show hone par 4g use ho rha hai to ye nothing ki koi mistake nahi hai AIRTEL waale 4g network hone par bhi 5g show karte hai. Aap bas phone me smart 5g ko disable kar do to agar aapke phone ko thode bhi 5g network milenge to 5g data hi chalega or aapke network 4g yaa 5g hai pata Krna h to aap NetMonster app ka use kar sakte hai
