I was watching “Jellyfish Can’t Swim in the Night,” a new series running on HiDive when I spotted something familiar. There were a few scenes before this where what appears to be a Phone (1) are clear, but it’s pretty clear this is a legally distinct version in a protagonist’s hands.
Considering this show’s season is airing for the first time right now and the production schedules involved this could be the first time a Nothing product (or at least a thinly veiled pastiche) has shown up in widely distributed media. Thought that was pretty cool.
