Hi Nothing Team,
I’m facing a connectivity issue with my Nothing earphones, which neither connect nor pair. After researching on forums, I found this is a common software bug affecting many users. My earphones are still under warranty, so I submitted them to the service center for repair or replacement.
Unfortunately, the service center rejected my claim due to minor scratches, despite the issue being unrelated to physical damage. I urged them to check forums confirming this software bug, but they refused to fix it, even though it’s a known issue. I believe, as developers, Nothing should address this bug, especially for a warranted product.
Customer care directed me to the service center, and the service center told me to contact customer care, leaving me stuck. My earphones are still at the service center.
Please take this seriously and ensure my earphones are fixed or replaced under warranty. I love Nothing’s products and hope for a prompt resolution.
