VYSHALPRASANTH Why there is no inbuilt FM radio app in nothing phone? I don’t want to use internet all the time just to hear the radio.
AK (47) VYSHALPRASANTH This will be better than the inbuilt app↓ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jonathanpuckey.radiogarden
Anonymous297 VYSHALPRASANTH smart phones dont really come up with FM radios anymore. did you not read info before buying? it needs hardware which increases size of phone. idk which smart phone comes with FM
Zacksq adbo You meant FM radio receiver chip? It takes up space and people want smaller and streamline phone. I want an audio jack but who cares.
GordonLutz From what I remember, phones with fm radio weren’t very common and they sucked cause you had to use wired headphones because the cord was the antenna, I had one long time ago.
EkanshArohi IamLaiqAtiq definitely, I usually listen to stuff on spotify but sometimes I do like to listen to local radio stations before sleeping or when I have nothing new to listen to- yk when you sort of get bored of the usual songs on streaming services. I believe that all smartphone brands should have inbuilt FM Radio app (which you can use by plugging in a headphone). Although, you’ll need a type-c to aux converter for modern day smartphones but still, I’d say it’s worth investing your money in.
EkanshArohi Gun_Put Bruh, it’s not about being backward (btw we are 5th highest economy in the world for your info). I still listen to FM radio when i sort of get bored of my usual playlists on streaming platforms. And sometimes before sleeping. It helps me with anxiety relief as well sometimes cuz the RJs are wholesome people.
gnanendra Even I’d loved to see FM radio. This is something I always listens to get to know about local news, events & loved music. I hope future mobiles comes with FM radio Phone 2a user
Vamshi P I am using a NP1, why doesn’t it come with the fm radio installed in it? Can i use third party application? If so which could be the best
Anonymous192 Vamshi P Nothing phones do not have an FM receiver built in, so this wouldn’t work. Also, FM radios in phones rely on wired earphones as the antenna, so you would need a way to use a set of USB-C wired earphones.
