Hey. I’m using CMF Phone 1 with the latest software updates (as of 3rd June 2025).

The software has a glitch. Randomly, when I rotate my screen (from portrait to landscape), it becomes impossible to change it back. Even the lockscreen, Homescreen, Fingerprint scanner animation etc turns glitchy and sideways and completely unusable. I had to do a force restart to make the phone usable. (I couldn’t restart my phone because I’ve set the “ask pin beforehand switch off/restart” option to on. Since my screen is sideways and keypad for typing pin didn’t appear, It was impossible to do normal restart)

I’m attaching screenshots here.

I’m reporting this issue hoping the developers will notice and fix the issue. Hope they’ll fix it. Thank yo

Is there any well-known issue with BLE? I’m trying to run BLE scanning and I can’t discover as much device as I can using my laptop or any other phone. I’m running scans with Nordic (NRF Connect) app and it seems the only way to find devices is to reboot the phone and run a scan.

Impression is that any app trying to scan device retain a lock on the resources and any further request gets stuck somehow or very very slow (order of magnitude is 15 min or more)

Hi guys, I’ve a CMF Phone 2 Pro too, i’m still facing the charging issue, yesterday from 26% to 100%, the phone took 1 hour and 45 minutes, I’m using the 45w charger and the original cable, looks like isn’t chaging at 33w.

Someone else is facing the same problem?

I sent a feed back with a log, i hope the will see it!

Is it normal, that after i sent the log, i fond the developer options enabled?

Is anyone facing tap to wake issue on their device(after the update)seems like it’s a proximity sensor issue…anyway to calibrate the sensor myself
