laraalmeida Hey mate, from my experience it’s more about (a) availability and (b) price, sometimes the likes of Amazon and others have different deals to Nothing.tech. Also, in some countries, they won’t have an official Nothing store web store so, have to buy from authorised retailer.
I would always recommend buying from Nothing directly, it’s a good site, good shipping (from my experience) and, then if you do require support for whatever reason at least you’ve bought direct and have peace of mind.
