Been using the Phone (3a) for a bit now, and it nails that premium feel with its Panda Glass build and lightweight design. The 120Hz AMOLED display is smooth, vibrant, and easy to view outdoors. Haptics are surprisingly sharp and satisfying, definitely a step above the usual.
The camera holds up well with better processing and a reliable 2x telephoto. Nothing OS 3.1 keeps things clean and minimal, with useful customization and feedback-driven improvements. The Glyph Interface is more subtle this time, but still practical, with brighter and more responsive LEDs.
Battery life has been great too. I got 9 hours and 20 minutes on a full charge with heavy use. For a “budget” device, this is a seriously well-rounded and pro-consumer package.
How’s your experience been with the Phone(3a) series devices so far? Would love to hear your thoughts and see your devices - here are some clicks of the review unit I got!
