But wait what!?, there is NO colour Customisation on it.

If the Colour Customisation for Time Format would have been there, I would have added a black color or wait, a sea green colour would also look good.

I haven’t updated to nothing os latest update for phone 2 because of the removal of hide apps feature

Nothing please add it back

Let me give u guys a simple solution

Keep the hide app feature where it was and put the privacy space thingy at the bottom of the app drawer which is revealed if u swipe up one more time after reaching the end of the app drawer

Or maybe uk keep the hide apps feature below the app drawer which gets revealed after u scroll up one more time after reaching the end

It’s that simple

Guys please add it back

For now i am just not gonna update to latest version as there is no hide apps

Note to the nothing community users with same issue

Keep posting on the community, make videos and make this issue visible to nothing

The more people who want the feature back the faster nothing will have to bring it back

Anyways that’s all I can say

Most of us don’t even use the privacy space thingy that much, atleast add an option to switch between privacy space or hide apps that works for me too . Because I want to hide apps and still the app should run in background and system can access it

There are apps like home automation apps , assistant apps etc that I hide so it doesn’t clutter everything, but i want widgets to access it too

Please nothing bring the feature back

I would like to suggest a feature for the CMF Phone 1 the option to change or customize the fingerprint unlock animation.

This would add a layer of personalization and make the unlocking experience feel more dynamic and engaging. Having a few preset animation styles to choose from would be a great start.

I believe this feature aligns perfectly with Nothing’s focus on uniqueness and user customization. Hope this can be considered in a future update!

Since Nothing OS has come a long way with minimal but user friendly tweaks on the Stock androi experience, I wanted to highlight something that we could learn from Apple.

The apps and system UI is not integrated to use the full capacity of the screen, as we can see here…

Why can’t we make the background of the status bar, completely transparent ? Now compare that to IOS

As you can see the font colour simply changes from dark to bright based on the background.

Let me show you how the camera app can be better optimized to use the space.

Now this feels like we are still in Android Marshmallow, this should have been done long back.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share some software improvements I’d love to see on the CMF Phone 2 Pro:

1. Emojis: The default emojis are kinda ugly. It would be awesome if we could get better emojis or even install custom emoji packs.

2. Clock Faces: The lock screen and AOD clock options are limited. More stylish and customizable faces would add a nice personal touch.

3. Game Optimization:

Delta Force Mobile locks graphics at low by default. I tried a custom APK to unlock higher graphics, FPS, and resolution, and the phone handled it perfectly — but I ended up banned for testing this!

BGMI should have HDR Extreme unlocked by default too.

It’d be great if Nothing OS could natively support higher graphics in such games without risking bans or needing mods.

4. Dedicated Game Mode: A full-featured Game Mode with performance tuning, FPS counter, screen recording, and Do Not Disturb would seriously boost gaming on this phone.

What do you all think? Would love to hear your suggestions too!

Here’s a suggestion, we can make the ui have more blurred icons and fluid animations, just like in the oxygen OS. Here are some screenshots. I know Carl has came from OnePlus but, he should get some inspirations from OnePlus, OnePlus is like the apple of androids.

The animations are so fluid and its os is so great, no hate to nothing btw because nothing has also one of the cleanest os but after some months, I’m bored. I think that there is a lack of everything, customisation options, themes, animations, everything seems very bland. We could do something innovative like get a sidebar, a dynamic notch or something really different n creative.

By blurred icons i mean more blurred elements, it gives off a premium vibe. Blurred background, for example, when I long press on a widget everything else except the widget gets blurred, same for the apps, recent tab, notification panel and quick settings panel. Just like in the screenshot I’ve attached.

I would really like the next Nothing OS Update to be the biggest update! ❤️
