I inquired with Nothing customer support about a request to repair my Nothing Ear (2) as both buds have glue failure and the back panels are now separated from the front part. I’m also experiencing inconsistent charging on the left bud. After some back and forth emails, the support basically says they cannot do anything as they have no service center in Thailand….
"After reviewing your case, we regret to inform you that, since you are based in Thailand, we currently do not accommodate repair requests in your region as we do not have a service center nearby. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out."
I think this is a very poor customer service and after sales support policy. I’m also using a Nothing phone, so if that also face some issues, I basically have to throw them away or risk going to some 3rd party repair centers…
