Ears 2 worked perfectly for the first six months, then strange things started to happen. When commuting or walking to my office, I started to notice that the sound was becoming intermittent or cutting off, as if there were a bad Wi-Fi or mobile network signal—which wasn’t the case. Moving the Nothing Phone 2 from the right pocket of my jeans to the left side solved the issue! There was no problem at all inside buildings or in a fully packed gym with around 100 different Bluetooth signals. Recently (around one year of use), the left or right earbud has started disconnecting randomly, sometimes automatically reconnecting or reconnecting after putting them back in the case and taking them out. Resetting and changing codec osv - no luck. No water or other kind of damage 🤔
Resetting steps by Nothing service did not help and was adviced to contact local reseller. Reseller is a relatively big company but will charge you if they do not identify the issue😂
Nothing is willing to assist themselves with investigation but will charge you also👍
