Video Recording stops upon screen timeout

I have the nothing phone 1. I have set the screen off time to 1 minute. So this means that the screen turns off after 1 minute of inactivity.

But the same thing happens when i record a video. After 1 minute of recording the screen turns off automatically and hence the video recording stops.

How do i stop this from happening?

It shouldn’t do that.
