CMF Phone (1) Charging Temperatures - Help

My CMF phone 1 is getting very hot while charging and only taking 1.91 Watt input and I live in bilaspur chhattisgarh. So while charging i didn’t turned on any fan or anything and it had 0 background apps running with flight mode turned on and got heat up to 39°C and I had checked this on deviceinfo app on playstore. If anyone facing same trouble inform me and if it’s nothing’s bug fix this under my warranty without taking any money from me coz this phone has not got 1 single scratch and it’s perfect. But it’s heating so do something. And one more thing if CMF does not support 120 FPS in bgmi then my they had given the 120 fps option ? And it’s nothing skin is very heavy for RAM. I have total free storage of 68 GB out of 108 and it has total RAM of 5414 MB and mostly I only get 1500MB and sometimes bgmi crashes. So please fix these issues 😭

Cloudy_IEM75XYN9e Hi mate, anything between 36°C to 43°C is classed as normal temperatures. If you’re concerned by the heat please stop using the device and contact Nothing Support https://nothing.tech/pages/contact-support. You might also want to try different cables/plugs.

I’m not from India, but from what I’ve seen in your city it’s easily above 40ºC, it’s normal for the phone to be at the same temperature.

If you had my old Xiaomi, where I live it’s 15-25º and it easily reached 37º with light use.. Now with CMF 1 it does not exceed 30ºC

I come from a European region, so it’s not nearly as warm here as it is in India. But my battery also rises from 21 degrees to 36 degrees when charging… But it calms down again just as quickly. I don’t find anything unusual about it.

You can set 120 FPS under Display > Refresh rate > High.

The Nothing Launcher requires about 55 MB, Android uses about 12 GB. But that is also pretty normal. However, you can expand your internal memory with an SD card if the phone memory is not enough for you.
