I purchased 3a pro a on 14 April

And now mobiles overheat In a day time not only while minor gaming also day to day task

Is this normal ?

And how I can stop overheat problem in device plz help

Some heating is absolutely normal, it can depend on many variables.

If it’s a concerning amount of heat then it probably does require a bit more troubleshooting. Charging, ambient temperature, and usage are just some things that can contribute to this.

I have experience heating issue in my lastest phone (Nothing Phone 3a pro) while performing some basic task like scrolling reels and playing game and I have noticed that the temperature when up to 42°c and I am concerned about my phone .

Heating problem is a very big issue in the phone industries and it was unexpected from nothing but I know this issue is a not a problem that the amazing team of Nothing can’t fix and hope this issue meets the required attention as soon as possible and my comment will be taken in consideration and I very happy to be a part of the Nothing Community and share and resolve our concerns..

Using nothing 3A for about one month. Even in normal use (Without gaming and using camera) many times its temperature raises about 40 degree. Its too annoying. From the nothing 3a users telegram group I understood that many users facing the same problem. Please fix this issue in your next software update itself.

The phone heats up when I use the camera, often causing it to freeze. It also lags during social media use, and during calls, the automatic call can drop. Additionally, the wallpaper changes automatically without any input.
