Hi all,
I’m using the Nothing Phone 3a and facing a serious usability issue. While I’m on a call, if another call comes in, the call waiting beep is extremely low—barely audible.
I’ve done all checks: Call Waiting is enabled, volume is max, DND off, updated software.
Support says there’s no option to increase this sound and basically closed the issue with template responses.
This is a basic feature in most phones, and we need either:
Louder or customizable call waiting alert
Visual pop-up or vibration option during active calls
Please upvote or comment if you’re also facing this. Hoping Nothing takes this seriously in the next update.
