Hearthstone getting disconnected during game

So I’ve been playing Hearthstone, specifically Battlegrounds mode, and most of the time I get disconnected during the fighting rounds, I’ve tried the suggestions from the game’s developers and a fresh reinstall but nothing (pun intended) happened.I had the graphics lowered, on mute, gaming performance on and no screen shake, but still the problem remains.Other games run smoothly, I wonder if anyone else has a similar problem and maybe a solution to this.

After some playing, i figured that the entire game is having the same problem, battlegrounds and hearthstone alike (basically both online modes), haven’t tested solo modes yet (solo modes are not online with other players but I don’t know if you need an internet connection to play them), but i will try it out. I believe it has something to do with RAM, it probably fills up fast enough to disconnect (maybe that’s how it works?), but it definitely feels like a problem from the app. I also forgot to mention I use the 12Gb RAM version. One last thing, the game updated fairly recently and the problem appears less frequently, so I really believe it has something to do with how the game runs, but that’s just my non-expert opinion.

Same here, getting super frequent disconnects playing Arena since I bought my e3 phone. My wifi works perfectly and I didnt have these issues with my previous OnePlus phone, just a few days ago.

Did anyone find a solution? The game is almost unplayable, I get 3 or 4 disconnects per Arena match, it always reconnectes after 15 secs or so, but sometimes I lose the match by then

I have the 3a 12 gb and I set up ram booster to 8gb and that fixed the issue, I have not tried with the 4gb option but the 2gb does not work.
