I used your pickup and drop service for my Nothing Ear (A) (Black) due to issues like the right earbud being stuck at 60% volume and ANC/transparency not working.
After waiting a whole month post-complaint, the product was finally picked up on 7th March 2025.
Now it’s 22nd April, and I’ve still not received it back.
Every time I contact your support team, they simply say “It’s not our mistake the product isn’t delivered”, yet you’re the one who chose the courier partner.
I also filed a consumer complaint and emailed all the details—still no action, no update, and absolutely no accountability.
Nothing has the worst service ever.
