I have claimed my warranty service of my cmf buds, nothing has provided there pick up and delivery service, after my product was service in f1 services , kolkata it has prepared to delivered me through Ecom express courier partner of nothing. I have cc tv record when the delivery person came he told me you phone number provided by nothing is wrong so that you won’t receive any otp so that I can’t give you your product, I told him how you have called me on my number,he told me they provided this number as your secondary number but otp can b process only with primary number but I don’t have any secondary number. And he was left then I contacted to nothing customer service they told me this is the fault of courier service contact to them I have tried many time since last 4 days they didn’t give any resolution then I went to courier office and make a conversation between nothing customer executive and courier service executive. Finally nothing customer service executive accept that was their mistake. Actually the office was 30km far than from my location I went to office and nothing support didn’t give any resolution of my problem I think they are doing fraud with me . But if my problem will not resolved within 1 day I will raise a complaint against nothing in consumer court because I have already waited and iam totally unhappy with nothing service.
