I’m facing an issue with my Nothing Ear (a), which is still under warranty. It was a gift, so I don’t have the purchase bill. The service center says the device isn’t repairable and needs replacement, but they’re asking for the bill, which I don’t have.Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Is there a way to verify the warranty using the serial number or through Nothing’s app? I’ve reached out to support but would love advice from the community on how to proceed. Any tips on getting a replacement without the bill?Thanks for your help!
