Hello, I recently bought a nothing phone 2a, and a cmf 33W fast charger along with it to accompany it.
The charger worked flawlessly till a few days ago, it charged my phone to full from 30% well in an hour, it did get very hot but I just assumed its because fast charging.
But recently, there has been a weird behavior, upon plugging my phone in, the charger starts fast charging, at around 20W then it lowers down to 17W (this is the speed it usually charged at normally) then it charger at this speed for some time then the speed lowers further down to less than 8W something around 5-7W and then it stays there, pushing the charging time to as long as 2 hrs, this is really annoying, the charger doesn’t gets very warm either so I believe it doesn’t gives enough output.
Along with this, I also wanted to ask, I use the 33W CMF charger and along with it the orignal nothing cable, despite that the maximum charging speed stays around 20W, it doesn’t even climb to 25W, why is this?
EDIT 1: I have already verified the charger as original one from nothing support
EDIT 2: The drop in charging power happens through out the cycle not only in the last 20%
