[URGENT] 3rd Attempt – Still No Response from Support for Non-Functional Earphones
Hey @NothingTeam — I’m honestly out of patience.
I’ve submitted three separate tickets and even posted here on Discord 3 days ago, but no one has responded. Not a single follow-up. Here are the tickets:
Ticket ID: GJ1L1R-RYYDW – submitted on March 9
Ticket ID: 1017029 - submitted today (3rd attemp), this time in Korean language – submitted to ensure language wasn’t the issue
My Nothing Ear Open are completely unresponsive:
Bluetooth light doesn’t blink
Reset instructions don’t work — no LED feedback at all
Pairing mode never activates, no matter what I try
I even attached a video clearly showing the problem.

I followed every step exactly as directed on your support site. Still — nothing. Just automated replies promising support “within 24 hours.” It’s been over a month.
Should I try five more languages next?
This is no longer just a device issue — this is a complete customer service failure.
I expected more from a company known for design and innovation.
Please escalate this. Let me know immediately if I should move forward with a warranty claim or product replacement.
