So. After the latest Nothing OS update to Pong-V3.0-250304-1717-IND, I have been having issues with my Nothing Ear 2024. Calls are no longer getting transferred to my earphones but instead is using the phone mics and speakers by default even when the ear 2024 is in use. And the option to select between speaker or bluetooth headset has just speaker listed on it. Ears are working great for music and videos.
Over the past 2 days I have been trying to isolate the issue and I have done a hard reset of the Ear 2024 and cleared my bluetooth list on my Phone 2. I have found the issue to exist when dual connection mode is turned on. The ears are functioning normally and are taking calls by default when the Dual Connection mode is switched off. The minute I turn on dual connection, the issue with the ears not getting picked up when I place a call or receive a call reappears.
Ear 2024 is on the Latest Firmware build - 1.0.1.54
