Hey Nothing Community,
I recently purchased the Nothing Phone (3a Pro) on March 20, 2025, and within just a day of use, I noticed a serious display issue. The screen retains ghost images after using any app for a while, which looks like a burn-in issue.
I took the phone to the [Service Center Name] in [Location] on March 22, 2025, and the technicians confirmed the issue and initially agreed to replace my unit. However, after contacting Nothing, they later refused, claiming this is “normal.” If this is normal, why did the service center first approve a replacement?
This is a brand-new phone, and experiencing such a defect within a day is unacceptable. I spent ₹32,000 on this device, and now I’m left with a defective screen.
Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you get it resolved?
I request Nothing Support to look into this and provide a proper resolution. Attaching my job card, invoice, and proof of the defect.
