Both phones are really cool, especially the 3(a), but the essential space button is amazing. Having a button to take notes, reminders and record is something I need and fits well with the primary use of the glyph interface. Also, I really appreciate the comeback of the glass panel on the back.
As for the CPU, while I get that everything is chosen to make the phone more equilibrated and best for everyday use, I hope that in the next budget phones we will get a better CPU. I think that putting a slightly better CPU on the pro model like between the 2(a) and the 2(a) plus is the way to go.
I hope that we will get a new flagship soon and that the essential space button will be there.
