I have been in a recent tick of wanting to find an Android Flip Phone or Candy Bar Phone that has a T9 Keyboard with a touchscreen.
The reason apart from Nostalgia, is just to have something that will help with disconnecting with the distractions that these large gorgeous all screen displays enable with social media and the like, yet not lose access to this app dependent world (banking, authentication, etc.)
However, it seems the only readily available options are KaiOS.
I have been seeking options that have Android, but it also seems there are no options that are relatively new or available in the US, only Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
Are there any plans for the Nothing team to venture into this niche market of phone products?
Some great successful products are those like the Samsung Folder 2 and the Qin F22 Pro. I’m sure there are others as well, but those are just 2 examples.
I am interested in seeing what a premium and innovative design language, such as that from Nothing, would look like on a device of this category.
