I have raised a ticket 934015 on 23rd Feb25 Sunday about factory reset issue. It’s really a quick from tech & support team appreciable, even if it’s a Sunday solution has been provided on priority.
my phone is working fine now some magic happened. I think IMEI was enabled for international ranges to my mobile.
