It’s been a week since I shared all the details for pickup but Nothing’s customer support is not giving any satisfactory response. They just keep asking me to wait for sometime.
Service center didn’t calibrate fingerprint sensor after replacing motherboard and brand is not taking any responsibility. Yet they boldly claim that their service centres have an average rating of 4.8 and 98% issues are resolved on the same day in their new nothing phone promo.
I raised a complaint on 27th December… it’s been a month and my issue is not resolved. Phone is due for pickup for the third time. It’s like talking to a wall. Never buy nothing products
