Stuck in 3.0 update setup screen

My mother phone just got updated to the OS 3.0 version and it’s looping in the setup screen, even after restarting. trying to skip it does the same thing and I can’t open the notification tray…

I can’t enable file transfert to backup the files or enable USB debug.

So I managed to exit the setup wizard by using the emergency button in the power menu.

Once in the phone app you can open the notification tray, go into settings and enable usb debugging to kill/uninstall the setup wizard app (com.nothing.introduction)
