Glyph timer and notification bug

I found a bug in glyphs. When the glyph Timer is active and you receive a notification, the Essential glyph LED does not light up. When the timer expires, the Essential LED Turn on only for the moment in which the timer globe LED does not flash. I have already sent this to customer support but they ask me to provide the purchase receipt because they say it is a hardware problem with my device. Does this happen to you too? It seems to me a software bug not a hardware one

I’ve recently got the Nothing 3a and this issue affects me as well. Not detrimental but definitely annoying.

Daniel I have done this before but was asked for purchase receipts to replace the phone under warranty.
